Episode 18 | You Don’t Need Another App [How to Use What You Have Wisely]

Shiny objects and distractions are everywhere we look. I’m a sucker for pretty packaging, colorful spreadsheets, and free trials for organizational tools I know I don’t need. In this episode, instead of giving you more distractions, I talk about simple adjustments or hacks you can make using the tools you likely already employ in your business.

Bookmark Your Life

There is no greater gift you can give yourself than organizing your computer bookmarks. While this might seem like a tedious, minor task, the amount of time it will shave off your work days overall is worth the few minutes it takes.

Auto-Open Everything

A close second to bookmarks, set your computer browser up so that it automatically opens to your most-used sites and apps. Pro tip: only auto-open non-distracting sites; opening right to social media is asking for wasted hours.

Brain dumps, Trello, and More
