What the heck is a mastermind and how do you make the most of your mastermind? Our guest Brittany Naujok shares with us the ins and outs of what a mastermind consists of and how beneficial it can be to your TpT business.
Brittany is a former teacher who taught for 17 years, all at the sixth grade level, both at an elementary and middle school level. However, she had to shift when she started having debilitating migraines, had a stroke, and other health issues. After all of that, her doctor recommended that she quit teaching.
This led Brittany to start her TpT store in 2013. She had to go full-time because her doctor didn’t want her to teach anymore. She has now been full-time with TpT since 2014, with her niche in the history and geography of sixth-grade resources.
She shares how she found her mastermind of six other women with their own TpT business and how the accountability, collaboration opportunities, and endless support have been instrumental in her TpT business growth.
Inside this episode, Brittany shares her best tips for how to go about creating your very own mastermind, plus the questions to ask to form groups with women who complement and don’t compete directly with each other’s TPT audiences. She also discusses how to communicate and keep the mastermind together for long periods.
